As per companies act
Every annual return filed in pursuance of the section 92 to the Companies Act, 2013
should contain the following information under ..... INDEBTEDNESS
– Secured loans excluding deposits;
– Unsecured loans;
– Deposits;
– Total indebtedness at the beginning of the financial year, changes during the financial year and indebtedness at the end of the financial year.
May I know for what purpose you want to know the meaning of indebtness as it is very exhaustive term.
