What is the rate of tax for calculating DTA/DTL under IND AS 12? Whether we can take estimated tax rate also for calculated DTA/DTL or we can take only enacted rate ?

AS deals with timing difference only. not regarding tax rate.
Rate of tax enacted as per Income tax act only.
