Incurred expenditure of an amount or aggregate of amount exceeding ₹ 2 lakhs for travel to a foreign

Incurred expenditure of an amount or aggregate of amount exceeding ₹ 2 lakhs for travel to a foreign country for yourself or for any other person

My expenditure included

1) Air Ticket   Rs 115000

2) Expenses at US  525000

I had taken the amount using Travel card

When filling Income Tax why you are filling it asks for reason 

and the above is one of the reason(even otherwise i was filling)

should i tick the above has reason and state the expense as 640000
