co. have to submit altered moa at the time of filing form no.5. But if director is changed during the time of formation of the co.and and the time of altered of moa although they are shareholder of the co.
then which subscripttion list submitted to roc alongwith moa in which director subscribed detailed written. Now who will sign the altered Moa Preen director or previous director .
If the query is for increase in authorised capital for an existing company, then the names of the subscribers will not change. Increase in authorised capital has no connection with the name of the sibscribers or the directors.
Any of the present director (properly appointed in ROC records) can sign MOA. It has nothing to do with the list of directors mentioned on MOA.
