its all depend on board of committee for pass this resolution....so no one know when that resolution passed by them......

@ Rahul , ICAI has already sent a proposal to Central Govt. for doubling the stipend ......but Central Govt. seems to be very busy that they are not paying heed to ICAI's proposal.........
really man,i am paying for my travelling expenses by myself bcz my stipend is so low.
they dont understand the grief of students.
