Increase in authorized share capital - altered moa

Hi,

I want to increase the authorized share capital of a public limited company. I know the procedure for the same. But my query is that since we have to alter the company's memorandum of association while filing e-form SH-7, do we need to adopt a completely new MoA as per the Companies Act, 2013, or will it suffice, if I just alter the capital clause in the old MoA? Please revert urgently with your feedback.
