Increase in authorised share capital

hello Everyone. Please help me.

 

Our Client has increased authorized share capital by filing SH-7 and MGT-14 as on July 2019. Now he wants to amend the SH 7 and MGT 14 to another resolution passed in company i.e, April.

Can we backdate the SH-7 and MGT -14 filed and whether can we adjust the fees already paid to April resolution.

No it will attract penalties and wouldn't be bona-fide for the company. so wait for at least six months.

isn't there any way to amend the Date of MGT 14  and SH 7 filed from July to April ?

And also you said to wait for 6 Months may i know the reasons sir ?
