Our Client has increased authorized share capital by filing SH-7 and MGT-14 as on July 2019. Now he wants to amend the SH 7 and MGT 14 to another resolution passed in company i.e, April.
Can we backdate the SH-7 and MGT -14 filed and whether can we adjust the fees already paid to April resolution.

And also you said to wait for 6 Months may i know the reasons sir ?
