An IT return of AY 2008-09 of HUF was filed in paper format where the PAN of the HUF itself was incorrect. The return has not been processed and refund is pending.
What should I do to get the refund?

You have to give written application to the AO of the HUF for same.
You will not get the refund at all unless the Income Tax department sent any notice to you for non submission of income Tax return for the A.Y 2008-09.
At this stage in the point of view of IT dept you have not filed the IT return of the HUF for the A.Y 2008-09 because you quoted a wrong PAN.
The only solution left to you is filing a belated return by quoting the correct PAN.Time limit for filing belated return is one year from the end of the relevant A.Y as per section 139(4).In this case time limit is expired.So you cant file a belated return. Only solution available to you is filing return after receiving a notice from Income Tax dept for non submission of return.
