Incorportion of comapny in spice

Following are list of documents you need to attach with Form SPICe (Form 32)

1. DIR-2 along with Identity and Address proof for each director.
2. Rent Agreement or Lease deed or Electricity bill as proof of office address.
3. Utility bills (Electricity, Telephone, etc.) not older than 2 months.
4. INC-10 duly notarised for each subscribers.
5. INC-9 on stamp paper and duly notarised for each subscriber and first director.
6. INC-8 on stamp paper.

Also you need to upload eMOA and eAOA as linked form while uploading eform SPICe.

1) Mandatory Documents needed to be attached with SPICE Forms :                                                                                                                       a) Affidavit for all directors (INC-9) printed in Stamp Paper and Notarized                                                                                                        b) e-MOA and e-AOA are supplementary forms and must be attached as linked forms when uploading SPICE in MCA Website             c) Scanned copy of DIR-2 for all Directors typed in White paper with duly signed by director.                                                                           d) Proof of Address [ PAN Card ] and Identity [Aadhaar Card] of all directors .

2) If you are providing the address of Registered Office along with SPICE Form , then you have to attach ,                                                          Rental Deed/Lease Deed along with Rent Receipts and Copy of Utility bills like Telephone, Electricity etc [not older than 2 months]    

3) If you are not providing Registered office address then  you can submit the address of registered office through INC-22 [within 30 days from incorporation].
