1. You can register your login directly with MCA ( https://www.mca.gov.in/MCA21/)

2.  You need to file Form 1A/1/18/32 and MOA/AOA along with Stamp duty.

3. The fees for Forms would depend on Authorised Share Capital.

4. You can also calculate the fees & Stamp duty payable on MOA/AOA post Login.

I have heard that one has to bribe the Registrar to register a company.Till what extent this comment is true?

Uploading files  in MCA portal is little confusing. When i'll apply for DIN online,instructions say that Form1 also has to be followed. Scanning the documents & uploading - is that all?

Do i need any approval from any professional for any document?

It will be very helpful if you guide me in this regard.
