03 October 2011whether MOA,AOA required to be filled in physical form to ROC,if form 1 filled electronically by MCA21 Portal with on line stamp duty paid.if required to be filled whether it can be filled by the registered post or required to be filled personally visit ROC office.

When you are paying online stamp duty i dont think you have to file the form in physical form also.

Dear Vishal Ji, In the present scenerio there is no need to file MOA and AOA in physical with ROC.
