incorporation of private company

I'm going to incorporate a Pvt ltd company.. with authorise and paid capital of Rs. 1 lac
i.e 10 equity shares of RS. 10,000/ each.

Can I do so ?

yes you can by filing spice 32 with e-moa and e-aoa

yes its your choice to make face value of 10 or 10000
generally it is make rs 10 to be convincing in further share transfer etc

I want to keep face value 10,000/- per share bcoz in coming days I will receive 4000 crore Rs. and I will issue shares to the invester that why I will issue share on premium of Rs. 35000/- per share and face value would be 10000/- per share

Yes, you can incorporate such a private limited company in India with authorized paid-up capital of Rs.1 lac. The option is on you for fixing the number of shares and paid-up capital. You have mentioned 10 equity shares of Rs. 10,000 each, you are permitted to do so.
