dear expets can you please tell me, while incorporating OPC do we need to register MOA and AOA ? if so what is the stamp duty to be paid ? and tell me how to register MOA and AoA ?

total stamp duty to be paid for capital of upto ₹500000 in state of Maharashtra will be 1300 you can check the fees using MCA Enquire Fee service
