Dear All,

I m incorporating a new Company in which i have 2 NRI as Director & Subscriber & 1 Indain as Director

My Question is the Documents of NRI (ie Passport, Driving Licence, INC 9 Affidavit, Declaration for Deposits, MOA & AOA) needs to be apostilled by indian embassy or notarized ???

Hi,

Yes the Proof documents for the NR Directors need to be Apostilled in the Country to which they belong. INC Documents and other Forms need not be apostilled but ID Proofs need to be Apostilled.
