Incorporation of llp with addition of a dp being a body corp

Dear All,

I am incorporating a LLP, where appointed partner is a body corporate (Private Limited Company).

Can anyone please tell me what documents are required to be attached with FORM LLP 2 , with respect to the above, also the consent letter and subscripttion sheet will be required? Will this be on the name of Body corporate or the authorised director by the body corporate.
This is really urgent.
