incorporation of gold loan company

a micro finance company, if it operates like a NBFC, it shall be registered with RBI as micro-finance-NBFC .. if it doesn't operate like NBFC, it need not register with RBI..

in your case giving loan against gold is generally NBFC activity.. the scale of operation might be "micro" but still is NBFC activity..
