abc private company is formed with 1,00,000 as capital. . . .95% of the capital contributed by z private limited and 5 % by individual . .  .in that case in memorandum and articles as per companies act 2013 who will sign on behalf on z private limited and at last moa page u need to paste photo of subscriber . .
