In order to register a Private Limited Company in India with 3 directors and ₹10 lakh share capital, certain steps should be followed; the steps are listed below:
First, obtain Digital Signature Certificates (DSC) for all directors. Then, apply for name approval using the SPICe+ Part A form on the MCA portal.
Next, file the incorporation application using SPICe+ Part B along with eMoA (INC-33), eAoA (INC-34), AGILE-PRO-S, and INC-9. Upload required documents and submit the application.
Once approved, you will receive the Certificate of Incorporation along with PAN and TAN.
The Documents required include PAN, ID and address proof of all directors, passport-size photos, and proof of the company’s registered office (rent agreement, utility bill, and NOC from owner if rented).
