For charitable hospital, Trust is advisable; but for profit earning better to go for firm. Proprietorship or partnership is better decided over initial investment pattern.
GST over health care services is nil rated, but registration under GST is mandatory, if aggregate turnover exceed 20 lakhs (10 lakhs for specified states). Also subject to other condition/s.
