Please let me know why filing fee for Companies with lessthan Rs.100,000 authorised share capital is provided in the instructions to fill incorporation forms, while usually companies are incorporated with Minimum Rs 100,000 as nominal share capital

As per rules and the act, the minimum authorizrd capital for Private companies is Rs.100000/- and for Public companies Rs.5 lakhs. The filing fee given for less tha Rs1 lakhs- if you wnat to increase the capital above Rs1 lakh, say by Rs.50,000/- then you have to pay accordingly then your total capital becomes Rs.150000/-.

Thanks for your reply Sir.

In my understanding,on change in authorised share capital (increase) form SH-7 is filed. At the time of incorporation private company or OPC is required to be have Minimum of Rs 100,000 as nominal share capital.Having said so, why is fees for Share capital lessthan Rs. 100,000 provided in the instruction.

Kindly clarify my query.
