Incorporation

The Company can be incorporated by  filing form INC 32 in which the details of maximum 7 subscribers could be mentioned. If you want to appoint more than 7 subscribers, physical form MOA and AOA needs to be attached in form INC 32 instead of e form INC 33 and Inc 34.

Further, the maximum details of Directors could be of 20 Directors.
