how can a private company be incorporated with 11 directors by making 7 of them as directors cum subsribers.A clarity regarding the filling of forms such as spice is to be mentioned.

The Company can be incorporated by filing form INC 32 in which the details of maximum 7 subscribers could be mentioned. If you want to appoint more than 7 subscribers, physical form MOA and AOA needs to be attached in form INC 32 instead of e form INC 33 and Inc 34.
Further, the maximum details of Directors could be of 20 Directors.
