Incorporation

Dear All,

We have filed form INC-1 with two promoters who are also the proposed directors and form got approved, our client proposed to replace one of them, is it possible?

while going through the helpkit of form INC-1, i have observed the following point" The details entered in eForm INC-1 cannot be changed at the time of filing eForm INC-7 for incorporation of an company.

Does it mean, i cannot include or change name of directors and promoters mentioned in INC-1 at time of filing INC-7?
