Got a demand notice u/s 245 for ay 2009-10 for Rs.3390 and for ay 2010-11 for ay 2010-11 for Rs.14830 respectively.These amounts are to be adjsuted with current years(ay 2017-18) refund of Rs.7590 as per department's view. What steps need to be taken here?????

it happens with many persons

refund adjusted with earlier years tax demand

if it is right no matter

if u thinks it is wrong u need to write concern

authories with proper explaintion

and do fallow up with dipertment
