Got a demand notice u/s 245 for ay 2009-10 for Rs.3390 and for ay 2010-11 for ay 2010-11 for Rs.14830 respectively.These amounts are to be adjsuted with current years(ay 2017-18) refund of Rs.7590 as per department's view. What steps need to be taken here?????
