I HAVE INSTALLED SOLAR PANNELS AT MY OFFICE (OFFICE USED FOR DOIN REGULAR BUSINESS RELATED TO MY PRINCIPAL BUSINESS) WHICH IS PLACE DIFFERENT FROM MY FATORY ADDRESS 

HOW THIS INSTALLATION SHOULD BE TREATED AND WHAT RATE OF DEPRECIATION SHOULD BE CHARGED ON IT ??

it wud be considered as plant and machinery and depreciation can be claimed @ 15%

if we treat it as Plant and Machinery the prescribed rate is 80% for solar pannels/equipments
then how we can charge 15% dep...
plz quote the section nunber also sir.
