Filling is possible but penalty of Rs 5000 will be levied if taxable income crosses 5 lakh

below 5 lakh only for bank loan purpose can file penalty with 1000/- after 31st March?

No... ITR for AY 18-19 filing date is 31st Mar-19.
Now no way for filling....
