Yes but that person should possess the degree of Income Tax Return Preparer and should qualify certain education qualifications but should not be an chartered accountant
There is nothing to prevent any person who is doing filing work in the form of retainer services
But audit report only prepared by chartered accountant
Audit report is obviously to be signed by chartered Accountant.
