CAN A ACCOUNTANT CAN DO INCOME TAX FILLING& AUDIT REPORT?

Yes but that person should possess the degree of Income Tax Return Preparer and should qualify certain education qualifications but should not be an chartered accountant

There is nothing to prevent any person who is doing filing work in the form of retainer services
