Whenever I want to login in portal with dsc the process was standing with profile uploading mode. Many time I tried but every time the same problem. Also I can not filed compliance with using dsc. It is true or not?

Yes the portal is not working properly
Download DSC utility and make changes in your PC with DSC utility guidelines.
Also site is creating problems, so keep patience if not urgent.

The practical solution would have been to run concurrently old income tax site till the new one gets stabilized. Keep trying again and again

Sourav, just read the comment. How could some one try if old site is completely removed by deptt.
