Income tax return revise
I HAVE FILE A RETURN FOR FY 1314 BUT A INCOME SO IN THIS RETURN OF RS 300000/- IS FY 1213 FOR THIS PURPOSE I REVISE RETURN OR NOT PLEASE GUIDE ME THANK YOU...........

You can Revise Return filed u/s.139(1) with in one year from the end of Assessment year relevant to Previous year. Therfore for F.Y 12-13 (A.Y:13-14), Last date for filing Revised return shall be on or before 31st March,2015 and for F.Y 13-14 (A.Y:14-15), 31st March,2016 is last date for filing Revised return u/s.139(5)
