Income Tax Return of my Debtor

One of my client is having some problems with his on debtor. The amount remaining from that debtor is more than 60,00,000 and it is being due since 2016. Many attempts have been done and notices for payment of the money has been sent to the debtor. Now before filing a case against the debtor, my client want to check the income tax return of the debtor and check data provided by him to income tax department.

Is it possible to get income tax return of that debtor? If yes, please tell the procedure.

Not Possible to get ITR.
If your client's debtor is Pvt Ltd company then you can get his financials from MCA Website
It's a proprietorship firm
