Can we fill ITR now for Financial year 2017-18

No, you cannot file unless and until you get a notice from department

Due Date to file Income Tax Return for FY 2018-19 has been extended to 30th June 2020 ( 30/06/2020 ). But for FY 2017-18, the due date is gone. You cannot file it now.
