Dear Sir/Madam,
Due to some reason we have not filed ITR for FY 2016-17 (AY 2017-18).
Now I would like to file ITR for FY 2016-17 but till date I have not receive any notice from department.
Can we file the ITR return now or please let me know the procedure to follow before filing ITR for FY 2016-17 or what we need to do now.
Please suggest as earliest.

Hi if we can submit one condonation letter to Income Tax Department then it's possible to file ITR for previous yr.
Also our total income is around 3.2lac only there is no refund no loss to be carry forward. Pls suggest
It means we cannot file ITR for previous yr even we are ready to bear interest under section 234a, 234b.
