Income tax return format

My relative has been working in UK over 5 years with professional engagement. He is having Income from residential property on rental in Hyderabad plus some interest income in India.

Which ITR Form will be applicable for filing return

 He regularly remit money to parents by account transfer. Is it coming under tax net?
