Income Tax return -Form no.26AS

My 26AS statement is showing the dividend received from a company with TDS of around 30%. I am surprised as I thought the dividend is not taxable. If the dividend was received to my account, the tax shouldnot be deducted. I do not understand what is this.

my child ( 4 year old) has some FDs placed and bank has my PAN number as a guardian. Child has no PAN number.
The TDS deducted with respect to her FDs is not reflecting in my 26AS form. The TDS cert issued by bank shows my PAN as PAN of deductee.

Should this TDS deducted show on my form 26AS ( I m checking it online at website)?
