Income Tax Return form for assessment year 2013-14 has been released by Income Tax department vide NOTIFICATION NO. 34/2013 [F.NO.142/5/2013-TPL]/SO 1111(E), DATED 1-5-2013 . Further,please note that ITR-1(Sahaj) and ITR-4S (sugam) can not be used in blank and white mode and can be used in coloured mode in prescribed format and size only.
Due date for filling Income Tax return for Financial Year 2012-13(Ay 2013-14) where audit not required , is 31.07.2013 and for audit case is 30.09.2013(read more details about Income Tax Return due date for assessment year 2013-14)
