Income tax return for f.y. 2010-11 onwards
Hi! I want to know that any individual who has no tax liability can Now file his income tax return for F.Y. 2010-11 onwards? Any problem to do so? Any tax liability?
Pls. advise.

Sir,
If your gross income not taxable then you no need to file Income Tax Return.
If you want to submitted ITR then you can be file ITR upto only two Assessment Year i.e 2012-13 & 2013-14. Last date to IRT filing is 31/03/2014.
