Income tax return filling last date
If I not filling Return within due date i e 31.12.2021 what are the implication sir.

You can file belated return till 31st March, 2022 with late fees.
For not filling ITR, you may get notice for non filling return, based on AIS report.
Any Expectation to filling extension of due date
May be by another fortnight.
You may file late and if there is no demand and income is below taxable limit then there won't be late fee .
