Income Tax Return filing Form ITR-7

I tried to file ITR-7 for a Trust for A.Y 2023-24—filled online form which was released just a few days back.

On completing the form, while uploading it, after [pre3validating, got an error message-" submittedBy- is not valid."

The IT has not specified any schedule or the place where I have erred so that I can reach there and correct it.

I searched the whole Return and the JSON as well ti find the words-"submttedBy' it is not found.

I feel this is the system fault and the taxpayer is unnecessarily put to loss in filing a Return. Can anyone help me, please. Thanks

No. it is not any error.

It requires details/rectification on the authorized person signing the ITR.

the authorised person is filled under " representative assessee" and his PAN is filled. same PAN is filled in Verification too, but system says, PAN in verification does not match with PAN of authorised person.

I find no way to rectify it, as it is a system fault

Check the authorized person details in profile after login.

with same data I tried to file online too. after validation on verification error says- something went wrong, please try after some time- I think the IT department has bungled with the system. In earlier years , no such error was generated in filing the returns.
