CAN I FILE RETURN FOR AY 2020 -21 NOW. BY ANY MEAN OR NOT POSSIBLE?

The application can be filed online. But am not sure whether this option is open on the New portal.

You have to file offline request for condonation of delay, after approval u can file return online.
