I am ajaya kumar nayak CA Finalist ,had filled rti to icai ,I have not received yet .can you please tell me how can I examine under court ?
When did you file an RTI? It is not working because of lockdown. Otherwise, everyone will get a reply as a rule from rti or else you can claim compensation.
