Anybody Can let me know that whether e-filing of Income Tax Return for Assessment year 2009-10 can file right now ? though it was time barred ? , As it is just to Regularise the return filing process.

No, You can not file return now for A/Y 2009-2010. For 2009-2010 max. time is 31st march 2010
Belated Return for A.Y. 09-10 could have been filed latest by 31-3-11.
