Friends I was filling my ITR-1 of AY 2019-20 under 139(1) but it was not submitting and giving message that due date for filling this return under selected return filling section is over
Then I filed under section 139(4) and it is submitted and filed and verified also
Please someone tell me that my return file is correct or not

Yes you are correct !!
But I had filed already and filed through Google e-filing
Yes your return is correct u/s 139(4). Due date u/s 139(1) for Ay 19-20 without late fees u/s 234F was lapsed. So your return will be processed under u/s 139(4) which is belated return.
