Income Tax Return
Can be possible to file the Return of Income for Past 3 Years.If so please tell me solution.

In normal course you can not file.
However you can apply to your jurisdictional CIT under 119(2)(b) for condonation of delay for each assessment year with genuine reasons and after it's approval you can file return for those Assessment years . Only for specified reasons it is allowed that is refund , TDS claim, loss c/f , bank loan purpose, visa purpose etc
