hi

for AY 17-18 return did not filed ,I had a refund for an amount of 15000 rupees for tat AY , how to claim now ? I think already due date for belated return over ,is there any other way possible

No, already the due date is over . There is no option for filing the return of AY 2017 18. I think you won't be able to get that refund.

one option is there for getting refund, we can file return by way of seeking condonation of delay under section 119(2) , CBDT has the power to allow the same.

However , a penalty of Rs 5000 may be paid under section 271F under old provisions under late fees
