Hello.
I am an individual having salary income along with consultancy receipts during the FY 2016-2017.
Can I show my Consultancy Receipts under Sec.44ADA and claim the deduction thereof of 50% .?
Please advice in this regard and also , is there any restriction if such individual is a CA by profession ie if any restrcitions under Professional Ethics are applicable in this case?

Yes........
Restriction as per IT act is....... the professions as sprcified under section 44AA like doctors, accountants, advocates etc.... can avail the benefit of section 44ADA
