My client has income from multi level marketeting and company has deducted TDS also.How can i file income tax return and which form will be applicable.Kindly share detail please.

If the client's gross turnover is less than Rs.100 lakh for AY 2016-17, he can file ITR under presumptive scheme u/s 44AD in Form ITR-4S. If the client's gross turnover is more than Rs.100 lakh for AY 2016-17, he comes u/s 44AB and auditable and file in Form ITR-4 and also upload audit report in Form 3CB and 3CD.
