IT return can be filed upto 1 year from the end of financial year for which it pertains to. You can file now only for the FY 2011-12(AY 2012-13).

can we also filed ITR for FY 2010-11 as per 139(4) belated return.......!!!
Yes You are right. IT retun can be filed before completion of any of following time limit:
(a) One year from the end of relevant assessment year; or
(b) Before completion of assessment.
