An assesee has to file the salary income of director in the comapany in the ward of company but it got filled in salary ward at mayur bhavan & ITO accepted the same.What is the implications of this? will there be any penalty?

Your question is not clear ....! but as i understood probable reply is ,
if you filed return of income in some other ward than actual, then i dont think any penalty would be levied.
YOUR QUERRY IT NOT CLEAR... BUT IT SEEMS YOU FILED YOUR RETURN IN SOME OTHER WARD/CIRCLE OTHER THAN TO WHICH THE RETURN HAS TO FILE... NO PROBLEM THE DEPT. WILL TRANSFER THE FILE TO THE CONCERNED ITO WARD/CIRCLE/RANGE WHILE TAKING IT FOR PROCESSING..
