If some one not having a Taxable income till FY 2021-22, but from SY 2022-23 he/she is having income, whichis not of a regulra nature, above taxable limiet of Rs. 2,50,000/-, should he/she file an income tax reurn and what if from FY 2023-24 that income is not continued. Soe still he/shee has to continue file income tax return

If the total income is above basic exemption limit then only ITR filing is required..Need not continue ITR filing. You may just reply from proceedings

Return filing is compulsory only if income is more than basic exemption limit i.e 250000/-. You can file when you have income more than BEL and skip filing if it is below limit.

Even if any communication comes from IT dept still it is not required to file ITR
