Income tax refund for ay-2012-13

Hi,

I filled my rturned for AY-2012-13 on dtd 30-jul-2012 manually.

I have to get Tds return of amount 16450.But till date i am not getting my return.

For this i personally visited so many times but no result.

Problem in my case is my pan card is belong to Odisha and i filled return in Chhattisgarh.Whenever  visted the income tax office of chhattisgarh they replied my PAN card is in migration.so it will delay.

For this i also i written aletter to concern person also but no response.

Please any one suggest me what to do.
