Dear experts, I fill itr A. Y 2020-21 on Oct 2020. ITR PROCESSES IN 26 MARCH 2021. INTIMATION ORDER SHOW REFUND RS. 6953/- SAME IN MY ITR. BUT REFUND NOT RECEIVED TILL NOW. TOLL FREE NUMBER NO RESPONSE. I SUBMIT GRIVENCE IN NEW PORTAL. BUT NO RESPONSE. BANK ACCOUNT ALLREADY VALIDATED IN PORTAL. IN PORTAL STATUS SHOW "ITR PROCESSED REFUND DUE". PLS SUGGEST.
